Very happy with our new roller shutters and the entire experience as a whole. Had a knock on the door from a great young lad who gave us a run down of the product, next day the sales men arrived to get into specifics. Roller shutters on every window within 2 weeks- no messing around, no extended wait times and no issues throughout the whole process. All the guys were great and straight forward to deal with! Very professional. Living in Alice Springs we’ve had our share of break ins, now we sleep peacefully for the first time since purchasing our first home knowing that we aren’t going to wake up to uninvited guests. The noise reduction is better than we could have ever expected, not to mention they look great!! This is THE product we never knew we needed. 100% no regrets whatsoever, we only wish we got them sooner!

We had 4 roller shutters installed and they have been fantastic! We don’t even need to put the air-conditioner on in the main room now, it has made such a difference. The turn around from ordering to installing the product was very quick, less than 2 weeks! We now have peace of mind and added security, plus we can still leave our windows open with the roller shutters down.

I am very thankful having Dwayne and Daniel repair and restored our newly bought leaking house. It is a five bedrooms 1970’s house. When we bought it, we knew it had leaking problems for more than half year and fixed by local roofer, however because the whole condition was so poor that local roofer could not fix it. We contacted multiple roofers from Adelaide. For a lower price we chose a company, however had a bad experience. We signed the contract and waited for 4 weeks until winter is on the corner but when the roofer came, the company canceled the contract. We were so disappointed. We contacted BigLittle, they warmed our heart truly. They understand our 36 solar panels have been removed and leaking issue is urgent. They started project the next week. We are luckily having Dwayne who has 25 years of roofing experience and Daniel, who has 9 years experience. They are professional, extremely dedicate to their job and friendly. They explained their fixing plan and reassured us a peaceful mind. They are high courtesy and excellent in communication. They are the best trade I have ever came across. It is not only a home project for us, but also a good memory about fabulous trade and sweet memories associated with our home.i will give 10 stars out of 5!
